As she sat listening she noticed Beijing leaning closer to her so Victoria tilted her head to hear what her colleague wanted to say. She nodded to the woman then spoke, "No worries, once this over I'll take care of that." Since Victoria was a secretary and a front desk employee so that was her job. Though she appreciated the concern. That's how their team all worked. Quote:

It seemed they didn't have much else to add, so Laura nodded toward Jasmine to make sure her colleague had gotten down all the notes before she moved on. "I'm glad you asked about how to be more 'green,' Miss Smith," Laura said. Then, addressing all three of them: "Because for our second question, I'd like to know what your take is. What do you think you could do to be more environmentally friendly?" Merlin, she loved hearing about all this environmental stuff!
Victoria smiled feeling like a student who just pointed out something important. She missed those days at Hogwarts. It's been a long time, huh? She was hit with a surge of memories and nostalgia. Not that it was the time for that now.
She paused thinking of an answer. "I guess, there's recycling," She had heard about that being brought up on several occasions but to be honest she never gave it much thought.
Apparently, it was important. Because the environment was important. Quote:

Scribble....scribble....scribble.....Not to harm any tree or plant in public places....."Got it" she thought to herself and then she put her pen down to make sure she was listening intently.
Victoria glanced at the other lade whose name was Jasmine. She saw her scribbling down. She shouldn't have problem copying off what Victoria was saying since she wasn't talking fast and wasn't even saying a lot. It probably was showing that the secretary's knowledge on the environment was kinda shallow and needed to be revived. Good thing she was here when they showed up. The blond smiled over at Jasmine. Being nice and all.
