He said, frowning at the mere thought of it. He wasn't good at it at all, he couldn't aim his kicks and he wasn't the fastest runner out there.
"I like to think I know them really well..." Harland said slowly, before shrugging. "I know them as well as most muggle children know their parents. Not many of us go to boarding schools like this..." And by not many, he meant hardly any. They were way too expensive. "I'm glad you and your father get along, that's something, right? Mine gets annoyed at me quite a lot because of how I am, but that's fine, because... Well, it just is." Not many could stand his... Attitude, and he understood that.
Harland smirked as he observed his new friend's reaction to being tickled and began to move forward, hands held in front of him. "You believe that I think that, then, Harrison?" He asked, jerking his hands forward but not touching him once. "Of course, being weird is better than being normal. Being normal is boring and way too much work."
"Ugh, I hate it. It's too fancy." He grumbled, before shrugging. "I don't know. All I know is that he made ships and was based in Belfast. A company or something."
He laughed softly.
“I would hope not. I like moose...” he smiled.
“They made you play it?” He asked, unaware of the pressure some Muggle boys face with football. But he hated the idea of being forced into organised sports. School was enough of that for him. He watched Harley frow again... He seemed to be less cheerful now, but it felt like a sign that he was more open with his emotions now he knew Harrison a bit better. Harrison liked this. A lot.
“You may well do,” he smiled, nodding,
“are you an only child?” He wondered what it would be like to have a sibling, or several. Weird, definitely. He sort of knew most Muggles didn’t go to boarding school, but Harley seemed to know a lot more about stuff. Was their system just as bad, though?
“Yeah, it is,” he smiled,
“what do you mean by ‘how you are’, though?” He raised his eyebrows, wondering if his father didn’t like him for some reason.
Harrison squirmed a little, backing away from Harland slowly and cautiously, jumping and moving away from the threating hands.
“Being normal is... I’m just fed up of sheep,” he concluded.
“In a world of sheep, I am a goat,” he smiled apologetically.
“Or maybe you’re the goat... They seem to eat everything,” he chuckled.
“It’s fine, really...” He smiled,
“famous ships? Or just random ones...?”
