It was ALL IT TOOK for Tobias not to full on FIST PUMP when the professor said that his rune thingy counted. That meant he'd done it RIGHT. SHOULDER PAT TOO.

His eyes went wider than EVER when Botros went on and told them about WRITING stuff in runes. Like. WORDS. THAT WAS SO WICKED. That was EXACTLY what he'd been hoping to do in this lesson at one point. It was like a secret code and everything.

Tobias WOULD have bounced but he quickly realised that he had better note down DA RULES and stuff for writing. He already KNEW who he was going to write his message to, he just needed to decide exactly how he would say it... and then there would be the tricky bit of actually translating it using all those rules. The phonetics thing was confusing, but he'd work it out soon.

Once his notes were written down, Tobias looked around and glanced at the person he was writing his message to and then focused on a fresh sheaf of parchment. Right, focus time.
