"In our first lesson this term, we discussed the Runic alphabets, their development and usage as a whole group of letters. Then we learned how to carve the shape of runes preserving their magical energy, using our wands." Quick review, and he was smart enough not to surprise them with a quiz this early in the morning. "Today we'll focus on Runic scripts a little more." Not on the alphabets they were written with. The actual scripts. "And please stop proding the tools on your desks. They may not be harmful to your skin, but that doesn't mean it's okay to poke them." He didn't have ten eyes to keep on every one of them.
"Who can tell me what they know about Runic scripts? How are they written? Where can we find them? What did some say or mean?" Anything, really. Botros leaned forward on his cane and waited.
Oooooooh so they weren't toys. Woopsies. My bad on Kace's part. He smiled at the professor but he was glad he found Kace's mistake rather funny. I guess his adorable charm worked in his favor again. He grinned to himself. Then he heard the Professor move on with the lesson when the last student entered the classroom.
He reviewed what they learned last lesson. He copied it down in his notes for future reference. Then he asked a question. What were Runic scripts? Kace had NO idea. Maybe he could fish in his textbook for information. Yeah...he could do that.
He flipped through his pages and found something interesting. "Professor i know there are 3 kinds of runic scripts but the commonly used script called Elder Futhark is made of 24 symbols."
