Asher noticed the Hufflepuff girl headed his way and gave her a faint smile. He didn't feel much like smiling. "The ice cream tastes fine and the syrup is marshmallow. You are more than welcome to have some. I appear to have a lot of it."
He fiddled with spoon, swirling it around in the bowl before looking at the girl again. "What flavor of syrup did you make?"
"Caramel. Mine is caramel." Annabeth pointed towards her cauldron.
"We have lot of syrup, but the party is just beginning... I can bet at the end of it there will not any syrup here... People seems love this stuff." Then she approached his cauldron and let the ladle putting syrup on her ice cream. She took a spoonful of his syrup. It was tasty indeed.
"Your syrup is so tasty." She smiled and ate more four spoonful of syrup, then she asked him:
"May I sit here?" And before he could reply, she sat beside him, took the peppermint frog from her pocket and bit it and returned the rest of the toad into her pocket.
"Ummmm.... refreshing...." She sighed.
"By the way, I'm Annabeth! It's not incredible that we didn't introduce ourselves? Both of us in the same house and same year!" She shook her head and grinned, staring at the door.
