Finally when her eyes lifted she couldn't help but start laughing.. "Duck Daddy why are you blushing? " She was confused.. Was it because she hugged him. O_o She wasn't hugging anyone except Ethan and she hugged Daichi without even thinking. Taking another bite of ice cream, was she that happy about the ice cream that she forgot about the burning plant hugs and it was not okay to just hug people. Well of course the ice cream was that good to forget other things, it was ice cream.

"Hu-hug a b-b-burning plant?"

His voice was very small and frightful, even his eyes portrait the emotion as he looked at his newly found friend. "A-are you okay?" he asked because he KNEW what she was going through. Merlin it happened to him ten years ago and he was still battling with the fear. He of course didn't hug a burning plant but his whole house had caught fire while he was still inside when he was a little boy.

He stopped eating the ice cream and after cleaning his plastic spoon with a scourgify charm he placed it back in his school bag. He didn't feel like eating now despite that it was ice cream. He needed to change the subject and apparently Minerva thought so too.

Why he was blushing? "I'm not blushing!" the nearly eighteen year old stammered as his cheeks flushed a deep shade of red again that spread out towards his neck and ears.

Now he DEFINITELY needed a different subject or else he was going to embarrass himself even more. He scratched the back of his non-itching neck and listened to what Minerva was saying. "Chicken game? what's that?" no really..what was that game? O__o

He was waiting for Min to explain what the game was about when he heard another female voice call out his and her name. A ravenclaw...oh wait, "Hiya Erin" he grinned and patted the grass next to him. "We were about to play this chicken game...i have no idea how its played though.."

THAT DID NOT MAKE HIM OLD RIGHT?!
