| we'll try to do this. xD Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict So far not much of the lesson had made sense to Kendall. The ice cream hadn’t interested her, and half of the discussion hadn’t made sense either. The only thing that had kept her from completely losing interest in the lesson was the fact she’d figured out that they were talking about pictures. Of course, that still didn’t equal Arithmancy to her, but getting permission to draw in class would always be taken. Although the first thing she did was to scribble down some notes about what had actually been in the discussion, seeing as she figured she couldn’t just draw whatever she wanted without it having anything to do with the lesson. Plus, notes would help make the picture make sense later on, unless she wanted to have to visit Professor Hadley in her office to ask for help understanding. As far as she knew right now, that still might end up happening, but she definitely preferred being confused to being chased through a maze by an acromantula. Therefore, this lesson still was better than some from before.
First things first were figuring out the subject of her tessellations, anyway. There really wasn’t too many options floating through her mind, but she still was going to put thought into it. She wouldn’t allow herself to present something terrible, not when that was half of what she did during lessons anyway. She just wasn’t randomly sketching in the margins of her notes this time around. Her sketch was going to actually be her notes, in a way. Therefore, they had to be good. That meant thought, and attention to detail. It meant really getting into whatever she chose as her subject.
