He took a bit of time to read the letter and opened his drawer.

"Can you please fill this forms up, and then sign this" handing the guy paperworks and pointing at a few tabs. "And we are all set." he added with a smile.

"This is for the formality of it and also for us to file as reference." he said handing him a pen.
