She was much more comfortable telling Ella about them than Kaiden.
If he had asked she would have said something about really liking strawberries and being sad she couldn’t eat them on account of them sometimes making it impossible for her to breathe. ”And I don’t mean to give mixed signals – but I guess…I’m all mixed signals right now…I mean, I feel right horrid about it and everything” she admitted. ”that and especially since he was so nice after everything even helped me find a healing potion cause not ten minutes later I broke my ankle…but that’s besides the point” she bit her lip.
”Yeah I guess you are right…then I probably should talk to both of them separately and find out about things – because…I have a feeling Kaiden might have been, well…a bit upset about the fact that you know Mo’s a housemate and all.” and that meant they spent time together, right…that didn’t happen as much as people would think.
"oh...but after all of that I apologized for the stuff before hand and well, things were weird." she muttered, "pad...he stuck a pad to my face because I knocked a cupboard door into it" she made a disgusted face as she finished adding hot fudge sauce to her ice cream and the whipped cream. There it was looking like a regular sundae now. "and...I just...i didn't mean to break him I promise" she nodded as she took her spoon and just took a bit of the super cold ice cream.
YUMMY...and cold, so cold.
Ella Bishop wasn't drooling, okay? Sure she wanted to drool because the oreo ice cream looked delicious and her fingers were twitching in anticipation but she was NOT drooling. Nope. JUST SAYING. Ahem.
"Yeah, boys will do that to your brain." Confusing creatures, boys were. Luckily Ella had her boyfriend figured out...mostly. He still had the ability to make her brain go all fuzzy, though. She figured boys had that ability in spades.
"Makes sense. I remember our talk in the tree house." Y'know, about feels and stuff. You know what would make this conversation easier, by the way? Ice cream. The blonde was eyeing it hard.
Mixed up feels were the worst thing ever. Ella knew this from experience. She was still worried about Kaiden's feelings in all of this, though. Him being badger family and all that jazz.
"I know you didn't mean to but it's st-" BLINK. Mika!clawsayWHAT?
"You broke your ankle after all of this?" Talk about bad luck. Merlin's beard.
"I'm sure he was upset." She
knew he was, actually. That wasn't something she'd be discussing, though. The blonde made her way over to her bowl of Oreo ice cream and BEAMED at it, starting to add all kinds of delicious toppings. Not that it needed anything. The ice cream was clearly delicious on its own.
"And yeah, I think you need to figure out what it is that you want before you do any more kissing...though I guess kissing could help you decide? I don't know. That could complicate things more too." GAH! This was a hard situation, y'know.
BLINK.
"He put one on your face?" Well that was...weird. Shudder. Ella shook her head and started in on her sundae, nomming excitedly.
"I fink fings wib work oubt in theb end" She got out in between bites, patting Mika on the arm with her spoonless hand.
