'Thwack!'

Another rock swatted away by the tree. Lex grinned up at it. "You're getting better at this game!" She was too. Before, there was at least one rock that got knocked right back at her forehead. It took a while but now she and the tree had an understanding.

She searched the ground for another rock, nothing too big, just in case. That tree had a mind of it's own no matter what anyone said and she figured the bigger the stone was the more effort it put into knocking her out. The Healer was a lovely woman...when she wasn't attending to Lex. The hard facts of Hogwarts life.

"Oh here we go." She snatched another from the ground and hurled it at the tree.

'THWACK!'
