Rons? D'aww, he had a nickname for her! She smiled. "I like that nickname." she said, giggling. Jory was literally the perfect boyfriend! Now, what were they talking about again..? Oh yeah. They were still talking about punching like a girl. Hmph! She shook her head again. "I do not! I really don't, mister!" she said, poking him in the ribs.
She felt a warm feeling rush through her when he called her his baby. Smiling, she gave him another hug. Goodness, she couldn't stop hugging him lately! She hoped he didn't mind. Her cheeks turned rosy when he called her his beautiful lady. He was becoming a pro at making her blush, Jory was. And he was still holding her while they kissed. After a bit, she pulled away, smiling at him as he still held her. "You're pretty strong!" she said with a wink.
Ronnie nodded, laughing. "I understand that, that's what most people say." she said. Giggling, she shrugged. "I don't think I'll mind, sweetheart." she told him. Then he was talking about laps. She hadn't even realized how many they had been doing. Hopefully Jory had been keeping track... "Perhaps three more? Or two?" she asked. She was eager to get to that ice cream.
Jory grinned.
"Glad you do,'' he said.
"I'm going to call you that more, then. Rons.'' Ronnie was so good natured. He couldn't have had a better girlfriend than her! And now she was poking him in the ribs.
"Is that all you got?'' he asked, and trying not to flinch or anything. The pokes did hurt a bit.
Jory laughed at Ronnie's red face. "Tomato head,'' he said, fondly. She was his tomato head.
"Thank my dad for that,'' he replied.
"He used to make me do all those crazy work outs with him. I hate it at first, but now I'm really glad I got into it.'' Grin. Who knew it would come in handy for lifting his girlfriend?
"Good,'' the Puffer said. He was all sweaty and panting slightly.
"Just telling you about a bad habit.'' Preparation for the future, perhaps?
"Two more, then. I really wanna get some ice cream!'' But first they'll both have to go freshen up. He was not going to sit next to Ronnie looking like a sweaty pig.
