He hoped that Alec didn't mind, but he thought that one would be most effective.. though he was right, some potions were done without spells, but most of the healing spells he had done were. "Yes," he nodded in agreement. "We should let it cool down now." He pointed his wand at the flame and muttered, "Finite." That was another one he should work on non-verbally. "So.. should we test it out?" he asked Alec as he thought over whether or not either of them had any sort of inflammation. "You can punch me if you want, then we can test it on me.." He wouldn't mind being the guinea pig in their experiment here.. he had far too much respect for and interest in experimentation to be too opposed to trying it out.

So Ethan liked the idea of being specific? ... Awesome! "Thanks!" he said, grinning at the boy. Because being specific wasn't bad, yeah? Even if the instructions were starting to get a little bit repetitive in his journal. But... still. Too much information was better than too little, in this case. Maybe.

Alec grinned some more as Ethan moved closer to the cauldron to take a sniff of the potion. "Do you like it?" The smell, that is. Because to Alec, it did smell really awesome. Unless he had been hanging out with Candy Girl a little too much. ... Nah! "Oh! Well... yeah! A healing spell sounds great!" And he watched as Ethan went ahead and cast some spell called... Percurus? Was that what he had said? "Minnie would be proud of that, I bet," Just saying ~~lover boy~~.

Okay. So the potion was being cooled down. He looked over at the note that had been flying around. So... they had to leave it here with a note and- ... Huh? WHAT. PUNCH ETHAN, WAS HE MAD?! "But... Minnie would have my neck for that!" And Alec wasn't really sure about his punching abilities. "Erm... I... only if you're sure..." And he'd make sure to give Minnie something for this afterwards.

Deep breath... deep breath... this wasn't Ethan... nope... ball up fist...

SPOILER!!: Ethan's notes Deflammation Demulcent Ingredients 1 vial Flobberworm Mucous 2 Daisy Roots, chopped 4 Mandrake Leaves , chopped 1 Nettle plant 5 drops Bubotuber Pus 2 Leeches Chocolate Frog, chopped Instructions 1. Fill cauldron 1/2 full of water, set on flame 2. Once boiling, add vial of flobberworm mucous, stir once clockwise 3. Chop up daisy roots and mandrake leaves, add to mixture and stir once clockwise after each ingredient 4. Grind nettles with mortar and pestle, add to potion, stir once clockwise 5. Add 5 drops of bubotuber pus, stir once clockwise 6. Add 2 Leeches 7. Add chocolate frog, stir once clockwise 8. Quote: Ingredients: ⊲ 2 Leeches ⊲ 2 Daisy/Daisy root (double the amount, in case?) ⊲ 1 Chocolate frog ⊲ 4 Mandrake Leaves ⊲ 1 Nettle plant ⊲ 5 drops of Bubotuber Pus ⊲ 1 vial of Flobberworm Mucus Steps: 1. Fill cauldron halfway up with water and heat 2. Once it has boiled, add in a vial of flobberworm mucus and stir once clockwise. 3. Chop up daisy roots and add them into the cauldron. Stir once clockwise. 4. Chop up mandrake leaves and add them into the cauldron. Stir once clockwise. 5. Grind the nettles in the mortar and pestle, add to potion and stir once clockwise. 6. Add 5 drops of bubotuber pus and stir clockwise after adding in each drop. 7. Add 2 leeches (one at a time) and stir clockwise. 8. Chop up chocolate frog and add it into the potion. Stir once clockwise. 9. Wave wand in an X shape over potion whilst saying Percurus. Remove from heat. 10. You now have a Potion thing. CONGRATS! __________________
