The only time Kat would ever be super duper conscious of her appearance is when it was Transfiguration class. She made it a routine to ALWAYS check herself at that mirror in one of these floors before going here. The Slytherin knew that Professor Bellaire was really particular about her students' appearance and neatness, and Kat totally didn't want to make a bad impression. She might hold it against herself forever, you know. She entered the classroom, all tidy and stuff. Yep, she took her time in front of the mirror in between classes. It was important, apparently.

"Good morning, Professor Bellaire," Kat greeted the woman with a nod and a small smile. Then she made her way to one of the seats and stood right over there. She totally didn't forget to bring the gargoyle. It was right inside her box. Then... yeah, she was going to wait for the others now.
