"Professor Flamsteed will know if I don't, though. He has eyes all around the school. And I really don't want to get in more trouble than I'm already in, professor." Alice gave the defense lady her best innocent looks and pleading eyes.
"Please? I'll be really quick. Really. You won't even know I was in there." Really, she wouldn't. The cats wouldn't hiss too loudly, she hoped. So there was nothing to worry about.
