Peyton settled back in her chair, folded her hands in front of her, and smirked.
"You're a Gryffindor, Cambridge. Should you really be worried about where to approach her?" she asked, never really answering the girl's question. She'd let that thought hang in the air for a while.
At the sound of the next question, Peyton shrugged.
"No, not really. You can't exactly change a creature's natural habits, but as a pet owner, you have to be responsible for watching them and trying to keep things under control," she answered. Now that was more of a direct answer, unlike the first answer she gave the girl.
"Well, if that's all then, I'll let the next student in," she said. Poor girl. Seemed as if she'd been out there for weeks.
