Ivy blinked once at the boy and watched him for a few seconds...
......... "Sit down."
After that, Ivy kept her eyes on the clock. Once the second hand had reached the twelve, Ivy stood up straight and scanned her eyes over the students in her class, including the dirty ones. "Some of you learned the hard way," she began, starting to walk down the middle isle between the rows of dirty desks, "that I don't want you doing magic before class - or, for that matter, before I tell you to." She looked at a few of the dirty faces before turning around and pausing. "Thank you for participating in that experiment. I hope the others learned just as well as you did."
With that, Ivy walked back up the isle to the front of the class and stood in front of the chalkboard and faced her class. "For those of you who are too ignorant to have noticed, my name is Professor Ivy Knox. I was recently elected to work on the Board of Governor's and I am now temporarily helping out your Headmistress in filling the Charms position. And for those of you wondering, yes, I am qualified to teach." Unlike some professors here, in her own, personal opinion, but she wasn't going to get into that. "Now, let us begin. As many of you noticed, and tried to fix, this classroom is a disaster. No, I did not forget to clean, nor was I too lazy to. Today we will be talking and learning about Scouring Charms, or Cleaning Charms." As soon as she said it, Ivy flicked her wand towards the board and the chalk immediately wrote down the phrase. "Now, tell me what kind of spells you might use to clean up or tidy this room or anywhere around the castle. Give me examples. We'll be focusing on cleaning today, but some of you think outside of the box here, just for the time being." Ivy looked around and waited for answers. OOC: Class has now started. Please do not RP your character coming in late. It will result in losing housepoints! Simply pretend they've been here all along! Next post will be in about 12 hours. =) Jeez. Was she ANOTHER one who didn't like being told that she was nice looking? Ugh, that was just sad. EVERY woman deserved to be told that they looked nice and stuff. And he was just the extremely attractive bloke to hand out the compliments. Wink.
But she wasn't getting them anymore. Nope. Not even for her silky hair or her white smile. None of it. Pfft. Try him, he was done trying with her.
Although, she did gain some serious points for blowing up some dirt in offenders faces. Hah. Serves them right for using magic. Temperamental stuff, magic was and stuff. Yet, he couldn't help but admire how she had just used it.
...
Oh no. They were NOT learning cleaning charms. Ugh, no. Backtrack attractive Professor, suck it back in and pretend those words NEVER happened. No. He did NOT want to learn cleaning spells because he knew what his housemates were gonna do. Mr. High and Mighty prefect boy was gonna have them sing a campfire song and make macaroni pictures while they cleaned together and had some good, old fashioned bonding. Then the blonde captain person who he supposed was his captain too now was going to be all let's-clean-because-I-take-hygiene-super-seriously. And finally the LEGGY!blonde was... well... she was just going to keep being attractive. Good work.
Also, no he didn't know any of the names of the spells. So he was just going to sit here and listen. Bam.
