Laura may not have wanted to make money but seeing as they kept all the profits she wasn't about to make someone think she was a potential criminal running a shifty business. Nah. That's how people stayed poor and the castle was already poor so she'd like to start making more money, thanks.

Callie's head snapped back as the closest Puff, the Hyde girl began to freak out and think that she would be sent to Azkaban for selling the items a Professor told her to do. A former ~~swindler con~~ business-woman herself, Elwood was not one to rat them out anyways. "Miss Hyde, first things first, as a Professor I don't have the authority to send you to prison and secondly you aren't helping your case if you were doing something illegal and I could." The blonde looked for the eggs that were mentioned but didn't see any.

Before she could ask to see them, because they sounded interesting, Alexa Cambridge joined them and told her the real story. "Ahhh, okay. That's nice. I thought you all might have been...........up to something." She paused and then shook her head though, they had not.

"Lovely?" Callie grinned at the Gryffindor. It was obviously a ploy to get her to buy the eggs but it was a GOOD ONE! "That was just plain mean of him wasn't it Alexa?" The man really shouldn't have been rude to them, they were just kids. "What Professor is helping you all out today?" she the woman asked absentmindedly as she rummaged in her purse for some money.

How much were the eggs? "How much dears? I can buy one from each of you." She could use them for experimental Ovamancy or something.
