"Good," she replied with a grin, shifting her place on the bench a bit so that she was facing him. "Because I love you and I like it when you smile." Was this cheering him up too? To help him along in case it wasn't, her hands reached forward, resting on either side of his face, and she used her thumbs to gently push up the corners of his mouth into a bit more of a smile.
