Her eyes wandered out over the large tent again, lingering on the dance floor for a moment. "We should dance. Later." Ivy moved her eyes to Erik's at her suggestion. They had danced at the Ministry debate, but things were... slightly different now, and it would probably be a little more enjoyable this time around.

"Congratulations," he returned the greeting quietly and quite stiffly.
Then he turned back to Ivy. Why wait to dance and have to suffer Reynolds and Vanderbilt for one more minute?
"Let's dance now, shall we?" he stood up and offered his co-Governor a hand. He was not taking no for an answer, not that Ivy would ever say no to
him.
