"
I'd like you to go get the ingredients. And then get one more. One ingredient of your choosing. And add it to the potion. Do not tell me why you added that particular ingredient or what the potion is now capable of doing... Just brew it. Ask me any question you wish during. Just don't ask if you are doing it right."
ooc: This potion should be brewed in 8 posts. Feel free to ask question, I'll answer once a day. Quote:

Let's take Captain Montmorency... He's got a lot of endurance and strength already... the potion will double that. Where as, Miss Happenstance, who seems quite tired this morning..." she said eyeing the young first year, "would double her endurance and strength as well, but it would be no where near as to what Captain Montmorency would get out of it."
She looked around the room and sighed.
"So, if I were Miss Happenstance, I would chose an ingredient that would allow the potion to make me as strong as everyone in the class... If I were any of the quidditch players, and I was..." She said with a smirk. "I may chose an ingredient that would allow the potion to kick in while flying... not that you all could drink it for that purpose... Madam James would know and disqualify you..." and she looked at her Slytherin team because she KNEW it was what they were thinking.
"What I meant before was that I don't want you to tell me now what and why you chose that particular ingredient. That will be saved for later." Hopefully that clarified things...
ooc: I'm clarifying my earlier post, as last night I had a terrible migraine and this morning I realized I hadn't explained it well. This is the first time I don't lead the potion brewing. This doesn't mean I won't post every day. I will. But I am new at this... so I forgot to write when your potion should be finished by which is 3/16 at 11:59pm EST. (Three days and 15 and a half hours from this post.)
Well that was interesting, adding a secret ingredient? West was immediately completely intrigued by the possibilities, and therefore totally in his own world as he began to focus on his work. He cleaned his cauldron first and then went and collected the ingredients, at least the ones listed. He'd think about the additional one while he started following the recipe for the base.
Starting with water of course. West filled his cauldron and added the fairy wings and then watched it heat up on the burner, already starting to think more on what to add. What did he want to be... all girded in? Or whatever? Turquoise and three doxy eggs went in, and West watched for the next colour change.
