Rally...that meant noise.

Basil was NOT a fan of noise unless it was the sort of loud buzz that gave him news for the paper. Hopefully things would not get too loud. Then again that one Quidditch kid was going to be here and those sort of people were LOUD. Loud and dumb as far as this man was concerned.
