Victoria's shift was over which was full of smiles, welcoming speeches and answering questions and comments with a cheerful smiling face. It was tiring but she still enjoyed her job. "Good day," She said seeing that there was a new woman whom the secretary hadn't recognized. She nodded at her with a smile. "Hello, I'm Victoria Smith. Front-desk secretary." Maybe the woman already knew that if she had some to the desks to fill the forms earlier, or maybe another front-desk employee helped her. Victor couldn't tell, It was hard remembering faces as she saw countless ones a day.

Then she nodded again at Mr.McMillan "You wanted to see us sir." She said. Though she reckoned that they'd be waiting for the others to come. Victoria hadnt seen Konrad today, his shift was in different time than hers. She knew his shifts by heart.

He looked up as he heard a knock on the door, and one after the other, the members of the Board has arrived.

Zach stood up from his desk and greeted them all, "Hello Ms. Goodman. How was the new year for you?" he was shaking the lady's hand when Victoria came through.

"It is nice to see you again, Ms. Smith" he said extending his hand to the shake Victoria's hand.

"This is Ms. Goodman, and she will be your new partner for the election stand in Diagon Alley." he said gesturing Abigail. He will not deal into more details until the others have arrived.

He gestured for the two ladies to take a seat as they wait for the others.

Then Konrad comes along. He looks rather tired and sleepy. He smiled at him and said, "How was your new year Konrad?"
