Lourdes stood up for her turn and walked to the front of the stage. She had a smile again, but she wasn't tired of it. They were all genuine smile, like she was glad to finally be back to the Ministry. It made her more confident about being in front, and answering questions. "I feel that the board should have certain qualities to be successful. The most important would be teamwork and unity. The board of governors is a group, and without teamwork and unity, there will be no unanimous decision. Aside from teamwork, there must be commitment and dedication to the board. Before the debates took place, all of us signed that we agreed to take on the responsibilities given to us if we are elected. There also must be willingness and enthusiasm to help serve the students and the people of Hogwarts. That one is another important quality a board member should possess. There are also other qualities a member of the board should have like lending an ear to others, listening to their concerns and their final says, positive thinking as well as patience and active involvement." That was probably enough, so Lourdes stopped. She gave a nod to the audience and a smile as well. "Thank you."

Two more questions and she was done. Lourdes made her way back to her original place and took her seat, back straight.
