Hey, free food, what's not to like?

Stephen then noticed a person smiling and standing next to him. Pretty lady with that smile, of course you have to smile back. Which Stephen did.

Any idea when the debate will start?

Stephen looked at her as his brain processed for answer but then again the whole BoG member thing was not in his schedule of events. He has heard of this in the Daily Prophet. How there were candidates running for a spot in this whole new team. Stephen then shrugged "I have no idea about it" he let out a soft laugh "Are you one of the candidates, Miss?" he asked because if she was then she would definitely have points for beauty.

"It’s all right." Livia stated. "Someone in charge will probably make us aware of the debates start." She said confidently. If not then she would complain to the appropriate person. It was crucial after all that she could be supportive of her candidate and to observe his opponents. It was now that Atticus needed to start showing his potential and hopefully come in the top three in this debate.

Shaking her head Livia replied. "No I’m one of the candidate's managers. I’m Livia Frost." She introduced herself and extended a nail-polished hand towards him. "Do you work for the ministry Mister?"

SPOILER!!: Mr Nathaniel

"Livia, you're looking lovely in that dress." He said with a smile of approval as he made his way over to her. He took a moment to glance around the room for his candidate again. Still no sign of her, this meant he had more time to chat. "You and your candidate all set for the debate?" Just a curious question he thought to ask. During the last debate they all seemed prepared...some a little over prepared but this was a different setting and there would be a whole new set of questions for the candidates to mess up with.

Letting her eyes drift over the people circling the entrance area Livia saw the man, Nathaniel whom she had spoken to at the previous debate come towards her long before he arrived at her side. She was not comfortable with how much she had shared with him. At that debate her tongue had turned her thoughts into words too freely. Greeting him she said politely. "Evening Nathaniel!"

"Why thank you. It’s just a dress but thank you for the compliment." She said as she smoothed out her red dress and dusted off some leftover floo powder still stuck to hem of her dress. "Yes we are set. I’m confident that Mr Alredge will do well in the debate." Livia commented with confidence and faith in her candidate. "Are you and Mrs Dacosta prepared for the debate too? She was in the bottom three after the votes if I'm not misremembering right?" How did you bounce back from that? Probably with lots of pep talk, better strategy and well luck.

SPOILER!!: Hugging Honora

Hoping to find him quickly in this crowd, or that he'd show up because this was a DEBATE that he was IN, Honora scanned the room for a familiar face. Honestly, she found none. Yet. There were plenty of faces she could hold a conversation with just so easily though, it was simply too hard to choose. Until she spotted one of the other managers.

Good gracious, there were just some things that happened at the first debate Honora would rather not remember, but she could share that with Livia, couldn't she? They were in the same boat, so to speak. "LIVIA!" Honora's loud greeting couldn't be missed. Arms were spread open wide from an obvious hug in the near future as she walked over to the woman. And here was the hug! Just as if they were old friends. "How are you? You're looking so lovely tonight."

Oh, and gentleman. No, Honora did not miss him. The redhead took the man's hand, whether he held it out or not, and shook it. "Good evening! Honora O'Fay. It's a pleasure to meet you, sir." Never had been one to understand personal space, this one.

Livia was just about to ask the men around her if they wanted to accompany her to the buffet table when Honora happened. There was no better word for it. One minute Livia was preparing to leave for the food the next she was engulfed in a big hug. Trying to breath and feeling her panic rise as her eyes widened she quipped out what she hoped was a friendly greeting to the redbrownish haired, rotund woman. "Honora. You look lovely tonight. I'm splendid." Or she would be when Honora stopped invading her personal space. Livia didn't dislike hug's she just disliked unforseen hugs and surprises. "Are you looking forward to the debate?"
