So she eyed the girl until Jake and Mika arrived, when she finally tore her gaze away from the pygmy-puff-obsessed candidate and turned to greet them. "Cobbie. Mika." Yeah, they were the three awesome MCs of the debate. Exciting, wasn't it?

Just in case they wanted to know a bit about her, because honestly, who didn't? "Before we begin the debate, we're going to introduce all of these old people in alphabetical order by last name, just so you guys know who you're voting for and all." Did they mind being called old? Pssht, who cared? "I present to you, Mr. Atticus Aldredge, the former Department Head of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures!" And then she GESTURED to the man in the first seat. "Next up, Miss Lourdes Black, the Department Head of Magical Games and Sports. Right beside her is Roxanne Carter, a Ministry Prosecutor for the Department of Magical Law Enforcement." Applaud for them, everyone, applaud.

OH HEY. Next one on the list was her GRAMPS, who got a beam.

"To the side of Miss Carter, we have Mister Sherman Clark, an Employee in the Department of Mysteries," and the most awesome candidate there, OBVIOUSLY. "As well as Mister Cooper Cope, an successful entrepreneur." Entrepreneur. Did she say that right? It just came out really, really fast and hopefully, right.

Sherman waved at the crowd enthusiastically. Smiling prettily for the people, see? Oh, and was he the only one that noticed his granddaughter was hosting this, too? Internal flail. Maybe she DID do things other than Quidditch. This was a proud grandfather moment, mmhmm, someone needed to be snapping pictures! Where was Lucia and, more importantly, did she bring a camera?
