More coughing. Her eyes stung too.
Professor Lafay, help! Okay, okay. She was at fault here. She'd been careless, she forgot to clean up and so she was to blame if this mess gets messier, just get her out of this horrid gas thingy that was enveloping her senses, please?
Flinging her arms around to fan the gas out of her way, she managed to grab bits of the Potions Mistress casting a spell that slowly sucked in the gas away from her. Blergh. Thank you so much. She pulled out her handkerchief and wiped her face with force. Ugh..itchy, stingy, her face felt mangy. O.o Was she going to develop side effects of the potion? Oh, drat. Or maybe...grow boils?! O_O What if her face turn into a different color too? Holy snitch! Their game against Gryffindor was coming soon and she most certainly didn't want to sign up as mascot.
Get out.
Meep! The queen has spoken and what chance did she have to disobey? None. And so, like the rule-abiding student that she was trying to be, Beezus quickly stuffed her things into her bag and slung it over her shoulder.

She was going to drag the prefect out of the room if she had to. Either way, they both were going to get out of the classroom.
Just cover your nose and make sure the 'claws weren't into trouble.
Pfft, speak for yourself...she scolded herself mentally. Noticing Kendall come up beside her, she managed a shake of head and through her handkerchief, she replied,
"Um, no. I'm fine Kendz, thanks for asking." She patted her fellow eagle's arm before turning her head to and fro.
"Ravenclaws! Kindly fall in line." She eyed and gestured the line of her peers that was paving their way towards the dungeon exit, risking removing her handkerchief so her housemates can hear her better.
