| Beezus too. (Kendall is in superhero friend mode, I think) Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Kendall hadn’t bothered to take the clamp off of her nose, she’d been so focused on finishing up with the potion quickly and making sure that nothing happened to risk ending up unconscious in probably the last place she would ever want to be rendered unconscious in. Not just Hogwarts, specifically the potions classroom just because she still had that tiny fear of Professor Lafay doing something while she was passed out. It wasn’t as bad as her fairly newfound fear of spiders and acromantulas, thankfully, but it was still there. As she’d finished writing the last few steps into her journal, she had realized the clamp was still on her nose, however, and she’d reached up to attempt to release it so the ache in her nose would stop at the same time she’d heard Beezus coughing and looked over to see gas starting to issue from her friend’s cauldron. Okay. Not good, she thought, eyes widening and lowering her hand again. There was no way she was going to take the clamp off now. At least her own balloons seemed to be holding, and she’d cleaned up her things.
Her wide-eyed expression shifted toward Professor Lafay as the woman had reacted to Beezus’ coughing. They needed to file out orderly? She was tempted to just outright run, even though a lot of the gas seemed to be being sucked off away from them. She’d already gotten all her kit cleaned and put back together after all, so it was just her journal and the balloons. She tossed her kit into her bag, followed by her journal, and then slung it all over her shoulder. The balloons could stay here. She’d seen West leave his as well, after all, so it wasn’t going to just be her that left them behind. She hadn’t wanted to keep any of them anyway, but before she got too far toward the door, her attention went back to Beezus. She didn’t want to leave her friend behind, and she did still have her nose all clamped up… turning back, she quickly ran over to the brunette. “Did you need any help getting out, Beezus?,” she asked in a rush, not wanting to breathe too much. She was going to drag the prefect out of the room if she had to. Either way, they both were going to get out of the classroom.
