Hecate was looking over all the student's cauldrons. Everyone seemed to be working at the correct pace. It was about time to wrap this class up when she saw the green gas coming from a Ravenclaw's cauldron.
Pulling out her hand and casting a vacuum spell to suck the gas in one direction she said "Get out. All of you! I'll post homework on the boards tomorrow. I need all of you to file out orderly and quickly right now."

Sierra flailed about for a bit then looked at her mother with wide eyes.
"...but you can't just stay in here," she said to her. She could see what was being done with the gas, but...was it effective? It wouldn't reactive her mother's illness, would it?
Sierra could feel a panic attack coming on, but she tried to breathe in and out to keep her cool.
"I'll...just help everybody out..." Sierra hesitated then turned to a few of the younger students.
"Let's go! Out!" she said, using her wand to move a few chairs and the like out of the way to clear the area.
"Mo--...Professor Lafay," she said.
"The other potions...do you want me to evanesco them?" Would the ones that hadn't been tended to start gassing, as well?
