| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict So far so good. Kendall had managed to not get yelled at or anything, and she’d started taking notes as the discussion had turned to possible ingredients. She hadn’t had any ideas about possible things that could go into a potion that worked the way the noxious potion was supposed to work, aside from a guess that something was in there that would make the smoke part possible but nothing had come to mind as to what that ingredient might be. By then, Professor Lafay had spoken again, so she’d merely shifted to add a section to her journal under the description she’d noted about the uses and nature of the potion and silently started copying the list of ingredients down. That would keep her from needing to look up at the board once they got started brewing, at least.
She wasn’t looking forward to actually brewing it. The question of if it smelled bad while it was being made kept floating through her mind, along with the detail that a person would have to be forced to actually drink it. Something told her that either they were going to have to force themselves to, or someone else, and she didn’t particularly look forward to that. She wasn’t going to actually protest right now, though, or try to get up to retrieve the ingredients before they were told to. She was just going to stay here quietly and continue paying attention, also adding the obvious first step to the procedure that she knew was coming. It was the first step in all her notes from previous terms, and she wasn’t going to stop adding it into them now.
