The Headmistress was behind the media/entrance table, actually, for once focusing on greeting people as they arrived and logging their donations, rather than focusing on making an arrival. It was odd to be on the other side of the glass for her but well, she was happy being busy. She'd already made her donation and had given away numerous books before the party had started. Now it was time to take care of the others' donations.

She might not have been happy that she'd been talked into wearing a ridiculous costume --- really, who wore pants to an event like this --- but at least other people were dressing up too. For now, she would just grin and bear all the leather and aviator gear. As long as the cameras were around, anyway.

And speaking of cameras.... "Minister Greingoth, Professor Lafay... thank you for your donation." The redhead accepted the check from the Minister with a positively evil smile, a smile which turned into more of a smirk when she saw the amount.

"So generous. Thank you for coming." She spotted Greingoth's BFF4LYF Amoroso just behind them and gave him a cooler nod. "Mr. Amoroso. Glad you could make it." Yes, where WOULD they be without their auctioneer?
