CURRENT TASKS AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR EACH DIVISION

Ministry Liasion
-Please visit each department and announce that there is a new Department Head on Level 6, and if anyone wishes to meet her, just stop by the office!

Apparation Licensing and Testing Center
-ALL employees of this division meet together and examine the practical/written portion of this exam and decide if any editing needs to be done. Make changes if any are necessary and report to Gabi with new forms and testing guidelines. (If you need help finding these materials, PM me!)

-Practical Examiners We have someone waiting for their license in the waiting room! Please escort them to the Written Exam room and give them the written exam, then take them to the practical exam room and begin the practical portion of the exam.

The Office for the Regulation of Brooms
Shop Liasions Visit Quality Quidditch Supplies to check on their stock of brooms. Also ask if any issues have been reported with the brooms recently sold. If any are needed, submit an order form to Gabi stating how many/what makes to order!

-ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES come up with a list of broom safety to give to Hogwarts Students who are playing Quidditch this term. Liasions, owl the new Flying Professor requesting that they pass on the pamphlets you created to the captains, who will in turn pass them on to players. BEFORE owling the professor please get the guidelines OKed with Gabi. Be sure you also include steps on how to properly care for your broom to minimize risk of accidents!!

The Floo Network Authority
Repair/Testers- Take a trip to the fireplaces in the atrium and assure that all the connections are working properly. Make any repairs necessary. Report back to Gabi when you're finished.

-ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES please update floo records and update the safety guidelines for using floo powder. Turn in to Gabi once you're done.

The Portkey Office
Muggle Item Research - Portkey sales have plummeted. Meet and come up with at least three new muggle designs that can be used to make portkeys more attractive to the wizarding community. Be sure to report your findings to Rosemarie Wallace and Gabi.

-ALL other employees, come up with some advertising campaigns to try and raise portkey sales. Come up with slogans, print up ads, etc...report your finished results to Gabi!

As always, PM me, Lissy Longbottom, if you have any questions or concerns OR RP your character visiting Gabi in her office! There is no right or wrong way to complete these tasks, so get creative with it! You'll have at least a week to complete these tasks. Anyone who completes their assigned task will get a special something once our NEW employee incentive program is put in to place! Also remember to work together, don't have one person do all the work!!
