An extra question for them.
Alyssa wasn't sure whether Professor Botros was asking a legitimate question or whether Alice was really serious with her question. But since the question was asked, Alyssa thought about it. She listened as West gave his answer and nodded her head in agreement with him. She raised her hand before answering.
"
Professor I have to agree with West. It would be too difficult. First the tattoo process wouldn't be as easy as it looked. I mean making a rune on a piece of wood is already hard work. It takes up a lot of time and concentration just to carve a rune into it. Then of course there's the staining and the consecrating of the rune." Alyssa recalled the steps to make a rune.
"
I mean it's okay if you wear an amulet that has the rune Uruz carved on it. But if you were to tattoo it to your skin, there's a possibility that it will change shape or start to fade. as you grow older. In addition, wouldn't one also have to consider the possibility of the person putting on losing weight. The skin sagging or shrinking around the area where the rune was tattooed could change the shape or the design of the rune itself, which would just make it a non-rune." Alyssa tried to make her point while trying not to emphasize the possibility of a person's body structure changing through time.
