She looked back at Shultz and said "The decorations look so fabulous and also the food looks healthy." Talking about food it made her hungry. When were they going to start eating?

Anna Smith. Got it. Gabi recognized her name from the employee records that she had briefly skimmed before coming here today. "Very pleased to meet you, Miss Smith," she said with a friendly smile. The introduction was a bit more informal than Gabi would have preferred, but it was her first day. She'd let it slide.

She chuckled lightly when she saw the employee looking at the food she'd set out. "Please, feel free to start eating," she told her with a grin. "We're not waiting for anyone special. Please, eat!" she chuckled.

"I'm Katrina Rayne, I'm the department liason as well as the senior apparition supervisor," Katrina added, extending a hand for the woman to shake.

After that she could grab a coffee, yes?

"Thank you," Gabi said with a smile as she was congratulated by an entering employee. AH this was the liason! Excellent. "Pleased to meet you Miss Rayne, I myself was a liason back on Level Three before transferring here," she said politely to make conversation. "Please feel free to help yourself to some food, we're just making idle chit chat as we wait for a few more guests!" she explained with a smile. To help, she went over and took a plain bagel and began to add some reduced fat cream cheese in the hopes that the hungry employees would go now that they had permission.

Hehe. They thought they needed permission. This Department Head business was just so fun!
