He nodded at her, but the concern stayed with him. Maybe talking to him would help? He couldn't promise to avoid Elizabeth since they worked together and all, but maybe some reassurance would help Jack to stop being so jealous of nothing? He definitely wanted to help Elizabeth, she looked absolutely exhausted and it just didn't sit well with him that it was all caused by the person who was meant to look after her and keep her feeling young.

"Congratulations. I hope everything works itself out soon." he gazed at the woman for a moment, compassion flickering in his eyes for just a second, but then he turned away and picked up one of the heads so he could take his turn and give her space to think. Bowling it down the lane, he watched it hit five pins and straightened up to pick up another head for his next turn. Bowling that one too, he missed the pins because his mind was on what he would possibly say to Jack. He stepped back to let Elizabeth take her turn.
