Hearing a voice, Vashti ~~waddled~~ walked out of the back room to see who it was. A customer perhaps? Although she thought she'd caught the words "Daily Prophet," so...maybe a reporter? Hmm. It didn't seem like it as she approached the entrance of the post office where the boy was standing with the newspaper.

"Hello there," she greeted him with a friendly smile, resting one of her hands on her pregnant belly and the other on her hip. "What can I do for you?"
