She had lots of things to tell her bestie, but it seemed that she would have to leave that for some other time. And now… Gwen was just planning on starting a few more sketches, which would keep her busy for the train ride.
The fifth year eventually stopped in front of a compartment which didn’t seem to be very crowded. As soon as she opened the compartment door, the black cat, Jinx made his way in. ‘Ummm…. Mind if I sit here...?’, she started saying, but stopped as she saw a familiar face- Jory! ‘Hi!’, she greeted the Hufflepuff with a smile.
Jory was so lost in his book he hadn't even noticed the compartment door had opened until something black slinked in and placed itself on his feet. Startled, the boy shook his feet and the creature hissed and dashed under the seat opposite.
"It's only a cat,'' he murmured looking at the familiar cat.
Just then he heard his name and looked up.
"Hiya, Gwen!'' he greeted. He wasn't expecting anyone, so he was a bit surprised to see her here.
"Come on, Jinx is already comfortable,'' the Puff said. "
Need help with that trunk?''
