Ella smiled to herself as Terry's stomach grumbled rather loudly, feeling his pain. She was quite hungry as well but that was nothing unusual for the third year...Ella Bishop was always hungry. "Hopefully food will be here soon, yeah?" She said seriously before giving the boy a small smile. "Honestly I wouldn't mind if we skipped straight to dessert." She could totally use some ice cream right now. Mhm.


Ella raised an eyebrow at Pao's answer, wondering what he meant by that. She understood his mixed feelings as she felt the same though it was kind of strange given how everyone else seemed so excited for the break. The fourteen year old cracked a small smile as he went on to explain himself. "Yeah...I know what you mean. Not playing Quidditch all summer is so hard but...it almost makes coming back and getting to play that much sweeter." Did that make any sense? Ella hoped so. It was like when she got her tonsils out a long time ago and couldn't have pizza for a really long time...then one day she could have it again and it tasted ten times better than she remembered it. Wait!....Why wouldn't his parents let him come back? O__O "What do you mean, Pao?" She asked, concerned. "You have to come back...you're part of the family now, yeah?"


A farm?! This peeked Ella's interest right away, her being a lover of animals and everything. "I didn't know you had a farm, Belle!" She said excitedly, forgetting the sadness she'd been feeling earlier. "I...could come visit? That would be...just amazing!" Cause that meant Ella would get to hang out with Belle and play with the ickle farm animals and just...Aw! "I'd love to do that!" Seriously! This could really happen, yeah?


"Yeah I...can't believe we're going to be fourth years either." It was strange really, how fast it seemed like the years had gone by. She still remembered her first trip to Hogwarts so vividly...How was she already going into her fourth year? MEEP.

At the mention of Harvey's name, Ella couldn't help but grin. Harvey. Heh. "I don't know, actually...I mean we walked in together but I think he knew I wanted to kind of process a bit before saying some goodbyes, y'know?" It was nice of him too, giving her the space to kind of deal with everything going on in her head. "I'm sure he'll be along shortly." She smiled at the thought of hanging out with Minnie and Ethan, feeling quite excited about getting to know the mystery boy better. "I'm sure he is great...and I'm excited to hang out with him..erm both of you."



Was Oakey trying to cheer Ella up or something because really, the boy was doing a great job at it! The third year BEAMED at her housemate, thinking what he said about ice cream was probably one of the nicest things she'd ever heard. ...Yup, Ella got really serious when it came to ice cream. "I... that's incredibly nice, Oakey." BEAM. "I'm more than happy to be associated with ice cream." Because what was better than ice cream? Seriously?!



Aw. Poor Hulk. Even her beam didn't seem as Hulk-ish today. Ella couldn't really blame her though, goodbyes were always the worst of the worst. "You sure? Cause I've...been practicing a bit in the mirror." Blush. Only Ella would practice insults in the mirror. "Anytime...I've got your back, Hulk." That's how their partnership worked, yeah?

...And then Hulk was looking at her strangely and Ella gave her the same look right back, wondering what she was thinking in that Hulky head of hers. "The feast is fine...a bit sad actually, why?" BROWS. "How's it going for you?"



Ella smiled at Carigan, nodding her head. "I know! It's been ages. How are things? Erm...are you excited for summer?" And more importantly, would Carigan be meeting up with them for another sleepover this summer? The last one they'd had had been quite fun and they were due for a pillow fight...and some boy talk...and other girly things.



Blink. Did Ella not like summer? Hmm...that was a tough question. "I do...and I don't." Shrug. Did that make any sense? "I love seeing my family cause I miss them like crazy...but I miss all my friends. It isn't the same not seeing them every day." Cause her friends were her family too, yeah?

17?! Wow. Violet was practically an adult! Ella smiled at the older girl, amused by her excitement. "That sounds really brilliant, Violet!" BEAM. "I bet you're going to have a really excellent party." Cause excellent people threw excellent parties, right? Seemed legit. O__O And another tea party? Ella SQUEAKED before pulling the older girl into a hug again. "I...that's awesome, Violet!" BEAM! "I'm really glad I'll get to see you over the summer." Cause Violet was truly one of the nicest people Ella had ever met.



So...was this getting kind of awkward or was it just Ella? Hmm...actually, it could be just Ella. She tended to be quite awkward like...all of the time. This though, the talking with Alec thing, why was it so different from talking to say Hulk, or Uncle Messy? It never used to be this bad, did it? Strange. The whole thing was at such a new level of puzzling that Ella didn't even know how to explain it to anyone so she could sort it out. She'd definitely need to have a talk with Soph about things this summer, that was for sure.

"I'm sure...I mean I'm a bit sad." And she shrugged, knowing that this was kind of obvious. "I just don't like saying goodbye to people I love, y'know?" But who did like saying goodbye to people they cared about? Not many people Ella knew of. "I just don't want to be forgotten... is that really silly?" Cause saying it out loud felt kind of silly to her... She smiled back at him when he said he was great, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Good...I'm really glad." Nod. Alec was one of those people who really deserved to be happy.

"Yeah I...it is awesome." The blonde replied, smiling a little. "I um...well I hope they are. I...I'm sure your Dad is really excited to see you. I bet he'll be real proud of your seeker award." And she poked the boy gently in the shoulder, a small smile on her face. That was quite the accomplishment, yeah? And the look she gave? It clearly didn't work so Ella bit her lip before just...stating what she'd wanted to say before. "So erm... I'll probably be in Diagon Alley a lot getting ice cream and erm...if you happened to be there maybe we could get ice cream together?" Blink.

"UNCLE MESSY!" The blonde badger was up out of her seat and hugging her favorite badger uncle before the boy even had a chance to respond because HELLOOOOOO! He'd been gone for ages! "You kind of disappeared, y'know..." She said, letting the boy go and eyeing him curiously. "We missed you." Yeah, yeah, yeah. They totally had. The gang just wasn't the same without Pinky.



Ella smiled when Nate said hello to everyone, returning his wave with one of her own. She hadn't spoken to the boy much all term but he seemed in good spirits which was nice. "Hey Nate." She said cheerfully. "Ready for summer?"



BEAM. Ella was being quite nice and Ella gave her a side hug, giggling at what she said. "Of course we'll be friends forever...old and in our rocking chairs trying to throw pillows at each other." Heh. She really liked the sound of that. "But Laura...thirty isn't ancient!" You weren't ancient until you were at least 60...everyone knew that!


Ella returned Emmaleighs wibbly smile with one of her own. Her green eyes were quickly filling with tears and she used her sleeve to wipe them away, not wanting to make Em even more sad. "Mhm...see you later." Nod!Wibble. "I...you'd do that, Emmaleigh?" The fact that the older girl would send her anything made Ella feel incredibly special and she gave the red head a sad smile. "I'd really like that...I mean please write cause I want to know how you are." And what kind of great things she was doing because really, Emmaleigh was going to make such an incredible mark on the world. Ella could totally tell. "I'll do my best to stay safe, don't worry." She reassured the older girl, nodding her head. "We're badgers! We have each other's backs out there." And that was a promise. She couldn't hold it in any longer as Emmaleigh finished with how she was going to miss Ella. It was too much and the third year squeezed her tightly, tears finally falling. "I-I'm gonna m-miss you too, Em...s-so much."
