A silvery eagle came swooping towards where the Dacs is. It hovered for a moment and then stopped in front of the Law Enforcer.

It opened its mouth and the voice of the Junior UNdersecretary was heard.

"Me and my two other colleagues are available to help, would you like us to do something for you?" it said sounding very polite.
