Stuck inside with Sirius | *Splish-Splash* | bamBAM | ☁ Spooktacular ☁

Spike's face fell at Kurumi's whisper. He'd been stuck all this time? What about his food and litter and stuffs? "We'll go rescue him as soon as possible..." he replied reassuringly. Given that the ghosts had called them together to do something about the blocked common rooms, it shouldn't be too long now, right?

His gaze returning to his house ghost, Spike nodded in understanding. He too had thought of Peeves, upon stumbling across the Ravenclaws in the corridor, having been thrown out. Though, even then, it seemed too good to be the poltergeist. Peeves throwing the students out of bed? Totally. Throwing them all out of the Common Room in one go? Nah. All of the Houses at the same time? Very unlikely.

But the poltergeist knew who WAS behind it? Interestingggg.

A smile crept across Spike's thoughtful frown, as the Grey Lady said about their pets having a special sense. It appeared he hadn't been too far off the mark. Though it did make him wonder what sort of sense it might be. He was sure Matilda had a sort of spidey-sense - noticing danger before he did, and urticating her - but he'd noticed nothing strange up with her this term.

So, a tricky entity of legend, that they needed a pet to detect. Sounded...like they needed some more information. Because, funnily enough, Spike wasn't an expert on catching entities. Nor did he have an entity net. He frowned in thought. It certainly sounded like an adventure, but he still understand why they were being asked to help. Weren't the professors more qualified? Or a spirit specialist?

His thoughts were interrupted by Kurumi. She wanted to borrow on of his pets? He nodded. Of course she could. He doubted they'd be going this alone, but he wouldn't see her without one of his friends to help detect this 'entity'. "Who'd you rather, Sophie or Killy and Kranky? I'm guessing you'd rather not Matilda..." And yes, he was considering Killy and Kranky together. The frogs always came as a pair.
