A vein throbbed in Isabelle's temple as she looked at the girl. "Just take it slowly, Laura. Ped-es-tis. Break it down and try again."
"Okay guys, as we're nearly at the end of the lesson, it's come to the fun part!" Isabelle had moved back to the runway and climbed up again. She liked being up there, felt taller and more important. But anyway. Rubbing her hands together she grinned at the kids. "If you don't want to actually put your outfits on, you're more than welcome to just wheel your mannequins down here," she gestured to the runway with a flourish. "I want to run this like an actual muggle fashion show - but less serious. So you can go behind those screen over there, one at a time, change and strut your stuff. I would like you all to explain why you designed your outfit the way you did as well. Like a full running commentary as you go. The shoes are optional, as you've yet to do your finished homework for this lesson."
Stepping to the side, Isabelle held out an arm and pointed a finger in the direction of the screens. "Who wants to go first?" she said in a happily loud voice.
Laura looked at the Professor and smiled. "I'll try Pred-is-tis." Laura sighed that wasn't right, she would try again. "Ped-es-tis." Laura smiled that sounded good. "Pedestis!" Laura smilled she had finally got it right, it hadn't taken her long. "Pedestis." Laura said the incantation and then did the wand movement and was delighted when she had made a pair of shoes, now all she had to do was model the outfit, this was going to be funny.
