Well, hopefully it wouldn't be seen again. That was an important piece of paper, after all. It had his name on it! So. Important!
But, after asking a few random people, who he just had to let know how important he was, he finally made it to the right courtroom and peeked his head inside the room. He just wanted to make sure he wasn't late, and noticing that the meeting hadn't started yet, he strolled his way inside, taking up one of the seats near his bossman. He gave the guy a nod of his head and sent a smile towards the creatures bosslady.
He wasn't supposed to bring anything was he? Because he kind of.. didn't.. Quote:

Greeting everyone with a small nod, and a few spoken hellos for those he was familiar with, he made his way over to Ella and took a seat beside his co-level head. "Afternoon, Ella." Marina had taken a seat next to Mr. Shepard after nodding at their department head. It was a very interesting topic today, an important one too. True she might not have brilliant suggestions or options but they needed to stay up to date with the buzz around here. Oh yeah and make use of the information in their own assignments and responsibilities toward the green species.
She had her legs crossed under the table, and the gum was idle to the side as the minister asked the dept heads and their employees to speak up. From her bag she fished out a parchment and a quill in case something relevant to their division was said. The first to speak was a woman that... wait what? Marina straightened up in her seat and narrowed her eyes at the woman speaking, juuuust slightly narrowed. Interesting. Then the new MLE Head stood up and gave a tiny spiel. She found herself agreeing on quarantining the 'suspects'. As far as she knew, no one in their department showed those kind of eerie symptoms and they certainly didn't want to get whatever those people were getting... or their plants to be affected, Merlin forbid! |
