Cassia glanced at the two cats smiling. Cuddles and Viola…those were cute names she thought. She made a mental note to ask Louisa if she could play with the cats sometime. The second-year had a list of all the students who have cats in the castle. Well, not all but most of them. And she had asked all if she could play with the cats. She missed her cats a lot so she had to find a replacement.

Then it was time for the spell. Cassia swallowed when Louisa took her hand in hers. At the lesson she hadn't liked this one. Not like she liked the previous one but that one was more bearable she thought. Stiffening fingers are more bearable than jelly joints. The second-year looked away when Louisa started counting. She didn't want to watch how her joints were will turn all jelly-like.

Aaaaand...Torparticus.

Cassia winced at the feeling. Her fingers didn't hurt but it felt awkward . the slytherin dared a look at her fingers and wrinkled her forehead at the sight. Her fingers were dangling it not a pleasant view. She looked up at Louisa with her forehead still wrinkled, "Not hurt." She said. "It's so not a pleasant feeling." She didn’t look again at her hand. Okay now this time is really the last time she was going to have such spells cast on her own fingers. Homework or not.

Cassia reached for her wand and flicked it towards her hand without looking," Finite," her fingers were back to normal. She sighed relieved that she got rid of the feeling. She brought her hand up in front of her face and flipped it over wiggling her fingers. It felt so good now.

"Ok now you're turn." She announced." Fingers please.."
