"All the girls?" Ethan repeated slowly giving Minerva a questioning look, though the hint of a smirk was still present. "I'm sure I don't know what you mean," he said, smirk quite evident now. No, he certainly didn't flirt like this with anyone else.. at least not now. Though the mention of crushes brought up a thought that he quickly pushed to the back of his mind. He really was having too much fun to be thinking of anything else, and he gave her a pretend shocked expression when a handful of snow hit him square in the chest. "Oh, two can play at that game," the boy said as he reached down and tossed his own handful of snow Minnie's way, laughing and ducking a little as he expected retaliation.
Ethan gave Minnie a genuine smile at her words. How was it that she could be so incredibly sweet? And so daring and exciting in the next moment, but yet at the same time? She was it for him and he knew it.. so why was it so hard for him to find the words to say it? Flirting came easier for the boy, but the serious bit was a little harder for him.. He looked down at their hands for a moment as she squeezed his, then looked back into her face and took a deep breath. "Okay.. well, I know that we said we'd take things slow.. but I was just wondering.. if maybe you'd want us to be more.. exclusive?" Green eyes searched her blue eyes as he waited for her to respond.
Minerva laughed and waved a hand at him,
"Oh come on Ethan, you have to see how girls act around you. They all see how cute you are. Then when you are super nice to them, you just seem them melting." She giggled at his obvious obliviousness to this. It was cute really, him not meaning to be so adorable and get all these girls to crush on him.
"I think you could have your pick really." She smiled wishing she didn't say that after it was out. Way to show him his options Min... Then she giggled as the snow hit him and then he threw some at her. Minerva quickly picked up more snow and got closer to him..
"Why are you ducking? Scared of a girl with snow?" she giggled and tossed it at him.
Minerva watched as he seemed to be struggling with something. To many thoughts jumped through her head quickly. What was he trying to figure out, was it something about them, or someone else. She wished she wouldn't have brought up the other girls at that moment, but he was smiling so nicely so it couldn't be to bad.. She listened to his next words and as he spoke she couldn't help feel nervous and excited at his words. When he finished and looked at her, she kept the gaze smiling. Shaking her head before words could come out,
"Yes.. I would like that very much." This was turning out to be the best day ever. She wanted to jump up and down with excitement, but controlled herself and just gave him a hug instead.
