Ethan chuckled a bit at Minerva's comment. "I'll do my best to not make it too awkward for you," he said laughing a little. It probably would be awkward, but maybe if he tried to explain things to Mick beforehand it wouldn't be so weird. He raised an eyebrow at her expression and smirked at her next words. His smile grew a bit at her excitement over the box. She seemed surprised, really, and he was somewhat pleased by that. Not really dating yet.. ? Right, about that.. Ethan took a deep breath before saying, "Well, like I said, it's not a big deal.. just wanted you to have something.." Ok, that sounded a bit awkward.. and maybe not exactly how he meant it to come out. He shook his head and smiled. "You didn't need to get me anything." The boy certainly wasn't expecting anything anyway, and would probably be surprised if she had gotten him something.
Smiling down at her as she seemed to like his gift, he snaked an arm around her waist as she embraced him, his smile growing wider as she kissed his cheek. He let his arm linger around the girl for a moment as she pulled back. "You're welcome," he said brightly as he took his arm away and lifted her hand with his. "Looks great on you," he said as he examined the bracelet on her wrist. Ethan slid his hand down and entwined his fingers with hers. As much as he enjoyed the playful banter earlier, his tone grew a little more serious as he looked into her face. "I really enjoy spending time with you, Min.."
Minerva laughed when he said he would do his best not to make it awkward. The boy probably thought she was crazy, but she didn't really care either. She had to win that days, one, she proved a point and made Elliot storm out, and two, she got to kiss Ethan. Then her smirk grew as he said he maybe he liked her coming over and kissing him. She got very close to him looking him in the eyes and seeming as she might kiss him again. When she got very close she smiled,
"I bet you like it.." Winking she moved back a bit, it was her time to play a bit.
Minerva looked at the bracelet as the sun hit it just right and she smiled,
"Well it is very nice of you. I can't wait to get to wear it to a match." She liked when he put his arms around her, it felt nice to have him hug her. Then she watched as he entwined his fingers with hers and she couldn't help but give a huge smile. This was a great way to spend the day and she couldn't imagine anything better at that moment. Minerva looked at his green eyes as he seemed to talk more serious and she smiled,
"I really enjoy spending time with you too Ethan." She really had enjoyed the last month or so getting to know him and seeing him.
"I have to say you have made it easier to go to classes, since I know I will get to see you."
