"Well, maybe it's just me," Mick said to the girl. "But I was pretty startled. Do weird things like this always happen here?" My father failed to mention that... After repeating that last part in his mind, he made it obvious that he is new around here. But when something like his hair turning pink a couple of years ago or being thrown out of the common room happens, he reminds himself that magic has its ups and downs. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, deciding to just go with the flow. No matter what happens.

He got a tad nervous when she started to study him. He's never met someone so observant about people before. "Yes," he answered. "I'm new. Four years of home-schooling. My grandfather used to teach at Durmstrang. My name is Mick DeLarge." He smirked playfully back at her and shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you, Missy Elliot."

As he saw that another person has taken space next to him, he turned around and saw that it was Ethan. And Ethan looked...Upset? Annoyed? Indifferent? Mick couldn't tell. He thought is was weird that he choose the spot at his other side, away from Elliot. He glanced at her than back at him, wondering if it's because of her.

Feeling out of the loop, he shrugged his shoulders and softly nudged Ethan. "Are you alright?"
