Eh..it was fortunate they were inside anyway.
The second-year choose a sleeping bag and sat cross-legged on the floor. No one had arrived yet. They will eventually. She looked at the sleeping bag and scowled. It didn't appear to be comfortable. And how was she going to sleep with so many people, she thought glancing around her and seeing the other houses sleeping areas. She sighed and hugged her knees to her chest. Hopefully this won't last long. Though looking at the bright side it was kinda fun. It's like a huge sleepover....with all the students! She will try to enjoy it.
Cassia tried to smile in an attempt to raise her own spirit. She sat there waiting for someone to come. Friends or not, it was creepy sitting alone like that.
It was a chilly evening right now. Kat crossed her arms on her chest to support herself. She felt like she wanted to freeze to death. Exhaling was a weird part of it, as she'd sense her cold breath. Oh great. She didn't have her comfy comforters. They were locked in the Common Room as well. Meeeeeeh... what did Headmistress Truebridge leave them with for the night?
Sleeping bags. Kat entered the Great Hall and saw a bajillion sleeping bags scattered at the places where the House Tables used to stand. Walking to the Snakes part of the room, she saw only one student there. A girl, lonely and quiet. Kat never met this one. Kat took a sleeping bag and cuddled herself inside it. It was still cold. She'd want to sleep already, but she didn't want the girl near her to be lonely. She didn't want ANYONE to be lonely, in fact. "
Hello," Kat said to the girl. Firstie or second year, probably. Well... best to keep some friends close, right?
