Lex shifted Felix's weight from one hand to the next as she made her way down the pathway. At the moment she didn't know where they were going but that would sort itself out eventually. All she cared about was getting some fresh air with her kneazle.

Suddenly she heard him hiss. This forced her to pay attention to what was in front of her and when she did she saw a girl...by the looks of her robes, a Slytherin--and a chocolate frog!!!

This made her stop immediately. Maybe she had more...Time to be nice. "Hi!" There was a wide smile on her face but her eyes were obviously glued to the chocolatey goodness in the other girl's hand. "I haven't seen you before," Or your chocolate frog friend there, "I'm Alexa!" Cue, innocent smile. Yuuup. This had nothing to do with the candy the girl was devouring.
Oh. Person. Girl. Looked about Jen's age. With an adorable kneazle. Talking to her. Oh, it must be the frog in her hand. Kids loved candy. Obviously, she knew that. Even though she wasn't a kid herself. She was a grown up.

"Omt ome?" Jennifer offered (in an attempt to say "want one?" with her mouth full), producing two more from her pocket. Best to keep a high supply somwhere everywhere she went. They were very useful, chocolate frogs. A quick snack in between meals.

After swallowing her large frog, she was free to speak properly. Which was good. Because it was good to speak. Right.

"I like your kneazle," Jenny smiled, admiring his/her hiss.
