Tay looked at him, stunned. Tears were threatening to escape at what he said about her. Taylor was too surprised to even mutter a sound to try to stop her brother from storming off. Tay sunk to her knees, shaking with the effort of trying to hold back tears as well as sadness. Taylor wondered if this nulled the promise she made to stay the one more year here.
