Daichi had seen that flash in the Headmistress eyes before. Two times actually. One time when he wasn't old enough to go to Hogwarts yet. His father had scolded him for daring to speak back. And Professor Lafay had send him that look once during class but she had not taken away points.

So it kinda came as a shock to hear the words. Minus five points. The Slytherin suddenly felt like he was shrinking with embarrassment. "I-i've never lost points..." he whispered, more to himself than to the woman. He then looked up and bit his lower lip. "I-i'm sorry, i didn't mean to...i talk before i think, i'm really sorry" He normally never lost his control but when she had hit Mr.Duckles he had snapped. And now he felt bad , he didn't like it that someone didn't like him and that he had just lost points. What would his fellow Snakes saaaay?

He pouted and opened up his school bag before he pushed his stuffed animal back in to it. It's head sticking out of the opening. "I-It's not just a stuffed animal...it's important to me..." he quickly shut his mouth before anything else came out.

And then she continued to talk about her brooch in the same voice as earlier. It sounded like the Headmistress was really feeling bad that she had lost the brooch. Daichi didn't want to think about what would happen if he lost his plush duck. "s-s-sounds like it's really im-important.." Daichi said with a slight stutter in his voice because the woman was kinda scaring him with all the points loss and stuff. And then he got an idea. "If i find the brooch, can i get my points back? pleeease?" Chances were very slim that he actually found it but it was worth the try right?
