Alright so he got the lemon juice down right, although Vickers was still wondering how a ball ended up having lemon juice in it. Then the next box was passed around-- oh this he knew right away. All those walks in the woods as a child gave him this tactile memory of what the pine cone feels and can almost imagine its scent and its color filtering is obviously blinded senses.

When that was done he took hold of the next box. And as soon as he slipped his hand in it recoiled back out. It was soft and clingy and DAMP. Something he definitely didnt want touching without the aid of his sight.
